What is our Delivery Manager service?
Through the Delivery Manager service we offer our deepest level of hands-on and advisory support. This includes all the benefits and expands on the Launchpad and Guidance Program. The Delivery Manager we will lead the project and coordinate all the work to achieve specific business objectives previously agreed with you.
When to do it?
After a Technical Audit to secure access to our advice while you put in place the recommendations and the plan.
How do we do it?
A Delivery Manager (DM) from Connecting Dots will become part of your team and will lead the work to reach specific business objectives. The actual work will, of course vary depending on your particular context, but in principal the DM will improve collaboration and increase the effectiveness of your team by creating a safe space of trust and continuous improvement through experimentation. Following the recommendations discovered during a Technical Audit, the DM may optimize the delivery process to allow for just the right amount of complexity that enables the team's work to flow without friction, from ideation to working software.
The DM will also act as a coach for your team and will make sure the team evolves in a healthy way, while your solving problems and learning in the same time.
How much it costs?
The price is customised to each engagement. Depending on the business objectives and the amount of ownership we will take, compensation can be in the form of a monthly fee, a fixed price or a performance based fee or a combination of the above.
How do we start?
First we do a Technical Audit to benchmark the current state of your organisation and identify what you need to do to get the desired benefits. After we deliver the Audit report we will discuss the possibility to continue helping you through our Guidance Program, Launchpad or Delivery Manager services.
