It is a detailed health-check of a Startup or Scale-up in a certain moment in time. It is designed to catch major risk and identify short and long term improvements.

Can be used as a study for problem solving and benchmarking to tackle challenging situations like a re-organisation, the need to scale the team effectively, reduction in time-to-market and more. ​

For example finding the right model to scale the team, optimise delivery process (time-to-market reduction), improve team collaboration and reduce frictions, fix a slow process or update a tech stack - these are issues for which we can use the Deep Dive Due Diligence as a problem solving exercise.
