After this initial setup you take over and now you will be in the best position to reach the desired benefits quickly. Ruthless effectiveness applied with a soft touch.

The Launchpad is a service designed to get you quickly the desired results and improvements. After a Performance Audit if you are in a hurry to get the benefits and reach the desired state, we can put in place the recommendations before you take over. Launchpad could be for you if:

How do we do it?
Depending on the recommendations identified in the Audit, the Launchpad may consist of setting up an optimised delivery process, training your team to be prepared to work efficiently and minimize the side effects introduced by change. It may also be running an Objectives and Key Results workshop so you gain clarity on what your focus should be and how to stay on track. Or even a technical training on, for example: automated testing. In any case, we will design the solutions, teach you and show you how it's done in the beginning so you can take over with confidence.

First we do a Performance Audit to benchmark the current state of your organisation and identify what you need to do to get the desired benefits. After we deliver the Audit report we will discuss on the possibility to continue helping you through our Guidance Program, Launchpad or Delivery Manager services.
